SW Land Match is a desk-based service aimed at matching people looking for land to start agroecological farming businesses with landowners and land managers. SW Land Match, which is a not-for-profit pilot project managed by Tamar Grow Local CIC is currently being trialled whilst looking for funding to help develop and widen the reach of the scheme.
